As a result of our Housing wananga held on Saturday 21^st January 2023 at Kahungunu Marae Nuhaka, we want to provide you with the information those present asked to have access to.

Attached for your information is:

1. Whanau Housing Assistance Request – purpose is for whanau to share what their current situations for housing looks like so that we can begin to identify where to start;
2. Housing Development for Rakaipaaka presentation – this was the presentation our expert shared with whanau at the wananga and that whanau wanted access to for their information;
3. Affordable Housing Comparison Study – this document provides more information about what else is available throughout the motu around affordable housing that whanau might be interested in looking at.

We hope this information will help whanau start to implement an actual house to become a reality for them and their whanau.
